1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of LAUNDRY RUNNERS PALM BEACH LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide self-service laundromat facilities, Wash & Fold (drop-off) services, and Pickup & Delivery laundry services in Greenacres and surrounding Palm Beach County areas.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed on our Services page and are subject to change with notice. Payment for self-service is due at the time of use via vending machines. Wash & Fold and Pickup & Delivery services require payment upon drop-off or delivery, as agreed.

4. Pickup & Delivery Terms

Customers must provide an accurate address and be available to hand over or receive laundry at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or customer unavailability.

5. Lost & Found Policy

We are not responsible for items left in pockets (e.g., money, electronics, keys). Please check all pockets before handing over your laundry. Unclaimed laundry left at our facility for more than 30 days may be donated or discarded.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care with your garments, LAUNDRY RUNNERS PALM BEACH LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, shrinkage, or color bleeding of fabrics. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the laundry service.

7. Prohibited Items

For safety and hygiene, we do not wash items contaminated with hazardous materials, chemicals, petroleum, or excessive pet hair in our standard machines. Please inform us of any special handling requirements.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
